Brotherhood Tip & Routine

Regular shampoo strips a beard raw. Gold Standard Beard Wash is formulated to clean the skin underneath without stripping the sebum your beard needs.
Shampoo is calibrated for scalp oil production, which is 3–4× higher than beard skin. Using it on a beard leaves the skin dry, itchy, and flaking within a week.
2–3 times per week is the cadence most men need. Daily washing — even with sulfate-free wash — dries the skin. Rinse the beard with warm water on off-days.
Lather in warm hands first, then work into skin and hair. Rinse thoroughly — residue is the #1 cause of beardruff. Pat, don't rub, dry with a towel.
Follow with 3–5 drops of Gold Standard Beard Oil while the beard is still slightly damp. This is when oil absorbs best.
The wash is formulated safely for daily use, but 2–3× a week is the cadence most beards actually thrive on. Rinse with water in between.
Not at recommended cadence. It's sulfate-free and preserves natural oils.
Yes in a pinch, but Gold Standard Body Wash is calibrated for skin outside the beard.
