Brotherhood notes
How points accumulate
Points come from three places: your own orders, referrals that convert, and missions completed inside the Brotherhood. Order points post once the order ships and clears the return window. Referral points behave the same way. Mission points post once the submission is reviewed, which is usually quick but is a manual step because we actually look at what gets sent in. Everything lands in the same balance on your account page.
What points are worth spending on
The most efficient redemption is almost always the product you already buy on repeat, because it turns points into something you would have paid for anyway. Saving toward the Challenge Coin is the other route — it is a physical, limited brotherhood marker rather than a discount, and it takes real commitment to reach. Neither path expires quietly on you; the balance is visible in your account whenever you want to check it.
Getting the most out of membership
Two habits do most of the work. First, buy the routine rather than the single product, because points scale with basket value and a full sequence outperforms an isolated bottle on your beard as well as on your balance. Second, send your link to the two or three people who genuinely ask what you use, rather than posting it everywhere — referral points credit on conversions, and a targeted recommendation converts far better than a broadcast one.
