Start a Return
Email info@grizzlygco.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send a prepaid return label within one business day.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused product in the original packaging. Final-sale items, gift cards, and subscription orders past the cancellation window are not eligible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For exchanges, place a new order and return the original — this is the fastest way to get the item you want.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
